FAQ
How can I make a reservation?
Once you have decided on the package, select the preferred date and time of the event. Fill out the reservation form and provide the payment information. We will send you a confirmation email, and our staff will contact you within the next 24 to 48 hours.
Are there specific locations for your picnic setups?
We provide services in Miami, Miami Beach, Surfside, Sunny Isles, Hollywood Beach, Fort Lauderdale. We will share our preferred locations with you once your reservation is confirmed. For private and commercial locations, please confirm access and parking.
How far in advance should I book?"
Generally, we require a minimum of 48 hours for a reservation. Please note that our calendar fills up months in advance, so it is recommended to book ahead of time. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings.
What happens if it rains on the day of my event?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund bookings due to bad weather, so please check the forecast in advance. If you have already made a reservation and later find out that it will rain, we will always try to accommodate last-minute location changes (e.g., to an indoor venue) or reschedule the event.
Can we use your picnic setups for a longer duration than the set time?
Yes, we would be happy to allow you to use the setup for a longer period if availability permits. This should be arranged with us in advance. Please note that an additional fee may apply depending on the amount of extra time required.
Is there any delivery/pick-up fee?
While the delivery and pick-up of items are included in the booking price for couples and small groups as part of the setup and packing, we do require a delivery and pick-up fee for events taking place more than 20 miles outside the Miami area. Please contact us for more information.
What is included besides the picnic setup?
A Bluetooth speaker and a beverage station with ice, water, and non-alcoholic drinks are included. You can bring your own food and beverage, except for red wine (as it stains our furniture). We recommend bringing light food to the beach, such as sushi, pizza, and fruit salad, among others. Please note that if you or any of your guests bring alcohol to the picnic, it is the customer’s responsibility to research the rules and regulations regarding alcohol allowance. Any consequences or actions under the influence are the full responsibility of the customer.
